Property Owners & Who pays for the Tiny Home Build

The financial problem for the tiny home builders (tenant)
& property owners of who actually pays.

You would need a tiny Contract:
stipulating that the tiny can be resold by the builder, at any time.
&
Upon final sale of the entire property,
that the tiny home itself will either be sold and everyone moves out.
Or the tiny rental person stays (if they want & the new property owners agree).

If sold and everyone moves out, a small portion of the main property sale would pay the tiny home builder (tenant) for the tiny home.
