Law – never heard of it: Russia violates its own legislation, sending HIV-positive men to war

Russia is in fifth place in the world in terms of the rate of spread of HIV infection. Such data for the year 2021 was published by the German company 'Statista'. The Federation accounted for about 4% of the 1.5 million cases detected worldwide last year. At the same time, the Ministry of Health of the aggressor country called such information, quoting, 'another propaganda provocation directed against the country.
