This was from a time when the North and the South were locked in a bitter fight that pitted brother against brother. She said her find of a lifetime was to find miniball or other related relics and any old silver coins would just be a bonus. She was able to see the challenges the soldiers would have faced almost exactly 155 years ago at the time these relics came out of the ground as we dug these relics in 2019.
