Two major storms affect the East and West Coast

Four feet of snow fell in parts of California, closing roads and leaving some drivers trapped. That storm is set to slam the Midwest and South next, possibly triggering tornadoes. In the Northeast, the forecast includes snow and freezing rain in New York and New England. ABC's Morgan Norwood has the latest.
