How to make Nutella Brioche Star Bread

Hi Friends, today I am trying to make a Nutella Brioche Star Bread.
I attempted it twice - the first attempt the dough was a little stiff so I tried again but reduced the amount of flour being added. Both of the breads turned out yummy but the Second attempt was tastier.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup warm milk
2 tsp instant yeast
2-3 cups of bread flour (start with 2, then add flour little by little until your dough is perfect!)
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 tbs melted butter
2 egg yolks

egg whites set aside to coat the bread before baking.

1st rise is ~2 hours
2nd rise is 20 min

bake 350 degrees for 15-20 min
