Replacing my Electric Water Heaters - Heater Element

My water heater is a 50 Galloon: Rheem Performance Platinum
Model: XE50T12EC55U1
I forgot to Mention these Steps, before i did the job:
1. Turn off the Electric Water Heater from Circuit Breaker Box
2. Shut off the Cold Water
3. Get a nice size bucket, and place it below it to catch the water
4. Use a water bottle that is cut out to direct the water to the Bucket
5. Unscrew the heater element
6. Hurry up and Put in the New One
7. Do not Turn on the Electric Water Heater until it is Filled with Water. (You can burn out the Heater Element.
8. Wait about 30 minutes turn it on.
9. Wait another 60 to 90 Minutes to test out the hot water.
