God of War Ragnarok 17 | The Realms at War

The night before beginning the attack on a prepared Asgard has the realms standing behind Kratos who accepts his role as General to lead the realms in defiance of the All Father. In a powerful battle that brings beings from all the lands bound by the world tree in opposition to Odin, Asgard faces ruin, but will not go quietly as everything is thrown at them, even innocents from Midgard whom Odin has put in harm’s way.

As Thor prepares to battle Kratos to an end, he is forced to come to his senses when presented with the reality that they must do better for the sake of their children, a lesson that he takes to heart even as Odin reveals just how little he is willing to make the same choice.

And Ragnarok claims Asgard as prophecy told.

After playing through God of War (2018) recently, it's time to get through the sequel, God of War - Ragnarok (2022) which takes place several years later and sees both Father and Son embark on a new journey leading up to the end, Ragnarok.
