More controversy is stirring around a Los Angeles City Councilmember. Long-time California politician Kevin DeLeon is facing renewed scrutiny after getting into fisticuffs with an activist at a holiday event. DeLeon claims the other person was the aggressor. An attorney for the activist says DeLeon has lost touch with reality.
