Cross Traffic System Fault -- Guessed At Repair

In this video I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my 2011 Lincoln MKZ. The Parking Aid System has failed and I kept getting alerts which read Check Rear Park Aid and a Cross Traffic System Fault. I found this extremely annoying and I couldn't find a fix. Taking the car to a dealership was something I did not want to do because of how much they could charge for a repair of this kind. The car didn't return any fault codes and online didn't help either. I did find one post in a forum that said check the parking aid system speaker. So, after a few tests, I decided to take a chance and guess at the repair and replace the speaker hoping it was the problem. Thanks for watching...
