Petronas: The highest observation deck I have ever visited! 🇲🇾

One of two observation decks I visited during my trip in April 2022 was the 370-meter high observation deck at the Petronas Twin Towers. It takes two elevator rides to get there, but it's worth while taking some time for this as views are amazing and with clear weather you can even see the Malacca Strait!

Petronas Towers, also known as Petronas Twin Towers is a 88-story, 451.9-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the world's tallest twin skyscraper. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat's official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 when they were surpassed by Taipei 101, also in 2020, they were surpassed by Merdeka 118 as the tallest building in Malaysia.
The Petronas Towers do however, remain the tallest twin towers in the world. They are also a major landmark of Kuala Lumpur, along with nearby Kuala Lumpur Tower and Merdeka 118, and are visible in many places across the city.

Jamek Mosque, officially Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The mosque was designed by Arthur Benison Hubback, and built in 1909. It was built on the location of an old Malay burial place at the confluence of Klang and Gombak River. The design of the mosque has been described as a Moorish, Indo-Saracenic or Mughal architecture.
