Through Jude, the Holy Spirit points all the way to the end of the age and says that mockers will arise. Peter affirms this truth in Second Peter 3:3. Mockers and scoffers are those who make fun of or impersonate someone in a silly or exaggerated way. These irreverent, disrespectful, and unholy people follow after their own fleshly desires, ridiculing those who say it’s the last days.
