Here is Part 02 of the ‘Left Foot Buildup’ series!

In this video, I repeat a steady back-beat with my hands, and combine it with all possible 16th-note patterns we can have in a single beat - from no notes to all four of them and back again - with my left foot, while at the same time performing the second of the sixteen patterns (the quarter note) with my right foot.

The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
