When it comes to America’s national security, most people think of the obvious- energy grids, water supply systems, and espionage by foreign governments. Unfortunately, too many ignore the role of academia within the national security arena. As enrollment continues to decline, Americans should be extremely concerned with a growing trend and how our graduate-level degree programs are potentially harming our national security.
