Becker's Easy Eats S02E13: Easy Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

A "healthier" version of everybody's favorite chicken wings! Baking them instead of deep frying them uses no oil at all but the wings stay crispy on the outside with the use of baking powder. Glazed with honey and sriracha sauce, these wings are definitely sweet/savory but not too spicy! Try it!

Easy Honey-Sriracha Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
600g chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp paprika powder

Glaze:
¼ cup honey
¼ cup sriracha sauce
½ tbsp rice vinegar
¼ tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
