Gavin Newsom has ‘Fresh Idea’ to Make California ‘More of a Hell Hole’

California Governor Gavin Newsom is so desperate to “trawl for votes” that he will float the idea of introducing reparations payments for black residents, says author Douglas Murray.

Mr Murray said the arrangement would mean people who never experienced slavery would earn money from residents who never practiced it.

“What could Gavin Newsom do to make California even more unliveable? Making people pay reparations for something they didn’t do to people who haven’t suffered,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“Gavin Newsom’s done it again – he’s come up with a fresh idea for how to make his state more of a hell hole.”
