◾️In one case, they killed an elderly woman for supporting Russia:

-“As I was leaving the entrance, I heard a single shot... I saw that [a colleague] was hiding a PM pistol in his belt, and 2 meters away was a woman with a bullet wound to the head.”

◾️On another occasion, they targeted and killed two civilians in one of the high-rise buildings
