Random Rants: Lucasfilm Head Honcho Changes Mind On Recasting

Kathleen Kennedy, President of Lucasfilm, recently made comments related to recasting classic Star Wars characters such as Han, Luke, and Leia, stating that they would never consider recasting these characters after the failure of Solo: A Star Wars Story at the box office. She cited that fans did not want these characters recast, however she came back later to clarify what she meant by these statements. Exactly what is going on here?
