00:43:00 ~ Muncie Administration (Dustin Clark & Ashley Wright) at the podium for 40 plus mins of the meeting. Ashley talking about all the heat she has been getting.

00:47:00 ~ Public Comment starts...

00:48:20 ~ After the citizens were only given 30 some mins to speak... the craziest thing happens!

00:49:15 ~ Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour's Park Superintendent Carl Malone walks up to the podium and says the following: "Mr. President, I think... with all due respect to the Prairie Creek Family, the City, the Board, Dustin (Clark) & Ashley (Wright)... we went through the Agenda... we went through and answered everything. I think we need to go ahead and call the meeting... to adjourn! If there are questions people have... and that's just with everybody - cause everybody has their opinions and we could be here all night! And I think if we need to set another meeting up to discuss things... but here's a night just to take care of business as it is on the Agenda. And we can follow up with any other issues at some-some later time. So that... as the Superintendent that's what I would say!" AND THE BOARD CLOSES THE PUBLIC COMMENTS!
