VAWT 004 - Recent Tweaks

Some small improvements to the design (or at least in my view). The Ugrinsky portion is now 76mm in diameter as opposed to 80mm, and 65mm tall from mid-plane as opposed to 80mm from mid-plane. The airfoils are now NACA0020 with a 56mm chord. My hope is for somewhat improved airflow through the turbine. The generator now has 12mm diameter x 3mm thick magnets with no backing ring for lower mass and inertia, and the coil is 100 turns of 34 AWG magnet wire. I also added some weep holes in the LED bezel area and under the bearings to remove any water that may accumulate in those trapped areas.
