Strategic Petroleum Reserves & Federal Reserves Are Empty

I suggest the US strategic petroleum reserves are a non entity and little more than a trading account that gets priority in the futures markets due to their size and hedging strategies; ie., we are buying right now and you can not, or, we are selling right now, and you can not

It is in my opinion and nothing report and has nothing to do with where American Air Forces and Navy fill up

In fact, they routinely sell at the highs and buy at the lows and we don't really know who "they" are
