I believe the Circle with a Slash unit is the Russian 55th Motor-Rifle Brigade from Tuva, which is north of Mongolia and south of Siberia.

I misspoke in the last part of the video. The sun is on the east and the camera is facing west. This was also taken in March 25-26 not May. My fault for speaking too fast.
