Wealthiest People in UK Property | Sunday Times Rich List 2022 | Saj Hussain

The Sunday Times has now published the annual Sunday Times Rich List 2022. It lists the 1000 wealthiest people that live amongst us within the UK. This year has 177 Billionaires. I want to share with you my key learnings from the rich list as a property investor and my obsession with the rich list for more than 30 years!

The Sunday Time Rich List 2022 lists the richest, wealthiest people in Britain. This UK list was first published in 1989 with the Queen ranking number 1 with a net worth of £5.2bn. In the current list, Sri and Gopi Hinduja rank number 1 with a net worth of £28bn.
