Its time to return to "How Far Has ___ Come?". Where i cover how much emulators have improved over time.

This is probably one of few emulators that have come such a long way. PCSX2 has been in development for a very very long time, and is still being worked on today! The progress is truly astonishing, not only in the emulation itself but even the UI of the emulator has improved drastically.
