Things I say NO to Making Space for What Matters Most | SIMPLIFY Your Life
I simplified my life by saying NO. Simple living came down to saying no to many things in order to simplify my life. Learning how to say no took some practice, but my time and energy is limited. I'm sharing the things I say NO to in order to make room in my life for the things that matter most to me. To simplify your life, you need to learn how to say no. Minimalist life and mindful living go hand in hand, making the things you value most the priority and eliminating the rest. Saying no can be hard, using mindfulness to identify what was important to me.
