Burton Whitlow - Counterintelligence Tactical HUMINT Field Operations

Burt Whitlow was a counterintelligence agent with Pete A Turner during the Bosnia Deployment in 1996. Tactical HUMINT is a complex job that requires years of seasoning to become proficient. Usually, CI and other HUMINT warriors don't stay in a field collector role long enough to develop fully into a master collector.

Which begs the question, how does the military or other institution develop capacity in conflict zones. It seems like this path is established...but it's not. Pete plans to use the Break It Down Show to explore the path...and what we might do to improve it.
