Everyone Loves the Chalupas at Taco Bell. The old Baja Chalupa is the thing of legend! Did you know it is really easy to make these at home. Seriously!
The shell is something you have to make yourself but it is SO easy! Anyone can do this, I promise. The recipe for the dough is below. I even go over how to make the authentic tasting meat. I hope you enjoy the video and leave me any questions in the comments. Enjoy!

Chalupa Shell Recipe
2 1/4 cups AP flour
2 tbsp shortening, melted
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp baking powder
12 tsp salt
Oil for cooking
