Double the toxic lvl of co2 by wearing a mask. Your body is trying to expel the bad things out of your body. Why would you force it back in? Do you eat your snot? You shouldn’t. That is your body expelling things it doesn’t want in it. Do you eat or shove your poo back in your body? You shouldn’t do that either because that is waste that your body is trying to expel. So why force your own breath back into your body?
