Residents react to new Wasco police chief

In October 2022, the City Council of Wasco approved a plan to create its own police department. Now, Wasco has a new police chief to run that department. 23ABC's Ava Kershner talked to the new chief about his plans for the department, as well as heard some reactions from Wasco residents.
