Quick Fix for a Cheap Ikea Table

i used to have a problem with #lettinggo of old things, so a majority of our unused or rarely used anything, gets donated if it’s in acceptable condition.

if the condition is less than acceptable, then it goes to one of the many construction dumpsters in my neighborhood.

the table has 4 sturdy legs and a solid top that have made it through 10 years of cross country moves.

i decided this #ikea table was a keeper, as long as i could spruce it up a little bit with some of the odd items that spoke to me wherever we all traveled to as a #family, starting in september 2021.

since heather’s friend had a spiritual awakening, i wanted to convert the #meditationroom into a peaceful sanctuary, adding in the spiritual tools of the #occult mixed with the spirit of #christmas.

i ordered the #tarotcard mat on ebay for $3 and it took 10 minutes to breathe new life and purpose into an old thing.
