FTX Buys Voyager's Asset: Everything You Need to Know in 60 Sec #shorts

FTX is buying Voyager’s Assets and here’s everything you need to know in less than 60 seconds. FTX has been selected as the highest and best bid for voyager’s assets. FTX’s bid was around $1.4 billion. Voyager’s fair market value at current prices are estimated to be less at around $1.3 billion. Even FTX’s bid is more doesn’t mean Customer’s like myself will receive all their crypto back. We don’t know as of now how much customers will get back, but we know Voyager’s public financials show there’s liabilities of $1.8 billion. That leaves 72.3% return on assets. Which is close to what Sam Bankman mentioned in his tweets back in July as an example of what customers would receive back

The next steps are:
1) Two approvals: the first one for the bid to finalize on October 19th and followed by bids that will be subject to a vote by customers like us
2) We will know more information as the dates get closer, like how much we’ll actually get back and what the terms will be.
