This video is about how to make an anime character blink using frame by frame animation and how to rig the mouth and eyebrows using Moho Studio 13.5.
I am no expert by any means, but if you're interested in rigging a character you've already drawn in Photoshop as opposed to drawing one in Moho this video might help.
