The Power of Mentorship: Understanding Why You should be a Mentor with Guest Sam Thiara

What does it mean to come alongside someone as a mentor? What is mentorship really and don't we just call that a coach? Who should be a mentor? Why should I become a mentor, who am I?

We tackled all of these questions with our guest Sam Thiara this week. Sam has been mentoring people for years and was recognized by the Canadian government for his work. Sam has been seen on the TEDx stage multiple times and is a lecturer at Simon Fraser University.
