Random Rants: A PG-13 Blade Movie Is A Bad Idea

The MCU is gearing up for a reboot of the Blade franchise. The 1998 R-Rated original starred Wesley Snipes and was Marvel's first hit, spawned a trilogy, and launched the current era of superhero cinematic blockbusters. However, it appears Marvel Studios is going to play it safe with a PG-13 rated reboot of the vampire hunting character. There are a number of reasons why that is a bad idea, but a recent example in Morbius should highlight why the MCU should shift gears.
