BREAKING: Judge Dismisses Finchem Lawsuit

Judge Melissa Iyer Julian has dismissed Mark Finchem's lawsuit against the Secretary of State candidate Adrian Fontes and current Secretary of State Katie Hobbs with prejudice. Judge Julian has also ruled that the defendants in this case may file a motion for sanctions against Mark Finchem and his attorney Daniel J. McCauley lll.
