Serial Killer Israel Keyes is living in Oregon. Whilst residing there, he abducts a teenaged girl along a river. It has been noted that this could've been a fabricated story by Israel Keyes. I'm still undecided on this but leaning more toward this being a deliberate distorted narrative by him. However, if it was indeed a real-version of events then the victim has yet to be identified.
