Torah in Effect in Acts 10

The Book of Acts, chapter 10 - the story of Cornelius gives us evidence that the Torah was in effect in the "New Testament" Church!

Cornelius is visited by an angel and told his prayers and alms came up as a memorial before God. That concept is in the Torah!
