2013 11 01 Teleport Speed Limit get around custom anti TP scripts

Back in the day, anti-cheats would catch your teleporting by checking how far you've traveled every second. If you moved more than 60 meters or something, it would kick you for teleporting. My solution to this was to change the teleport into a straight line fly/slide that would have an upper speed limit.
