Episode 14 - Measure 114

Oregon Ballot Measure 114 passed by a State Majority of 50.7% of the Popular vote. It Contains several provisions but primarily a “License to purchase” and a Standard Capacity Magazine ban. Most Semi-automatic pistols and rifles come with 15-20 round magazines. The 10 Round is the exception and is required in 12 states. Oregon is trying to make that 13. Note that all of these states contain the cities with the highest Crime levels in the United States.
