How to cook with old bread: Bread and minced meat casserole

Oil: usually I use extra virgin olive oil, but you can use the oil you prefer.
Bread: the bread came from our food sharing community and was saved from being thrown away.
Cheese: I often use Grana Padana, but if I have some older cheese that needs to be eaten asap, I just use that
