Faith Over Fear
What is fear “fear is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that . . . ultimately will change our behavior.” Fear is valuable.
Life is full of both faith and fear. Sometimes it takes the most profound fears to bring us joy. Sometimes, we must lose it all before we can gain everything back.One key is to Find what’s missing and identify other things that bring you joy and peace and infiltrate your dark space with these things.

I have some Strategies that can help you conquer the darkness in your life:

First And Foremost, Find and Hold Firm To Your Faith With Your Creator. It’s very likely that your faith is what has brought you through the darkness thus far. Psalm 56:3-4 - When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?
