This Child Is About to Be Irreversibly Jabbed & Needs Legal Representation

Concerned Mom livesr in California and is going through a child custody nightmare. She is against having her child COVID-19 vaccinated, while the father is pro-vaccination.
The child has not reached the age of majority yet (18) and is being pulled from both sides by the legal system and the parents.
When a child is placed into a situation where an experimental shot has been rushed to market with little testing and has resulted in thousands of injuries and deaths, how is the child to legally object without being able to be represented in court on his/her own? What if the long-term consequences of the shot are certain injury or death? Who is liable? Is the process irreversible? Who is ultimately harmed? The child is the person ultimately harmed. Who represents the child’s interests in avoiding such possible harm?
