Which the text book is heavily base on Microsoft as it was the popular OS during the text book publication. But now a days, we use mostly Linux system or should we say Linux kernel in our androids mobile devices, Google’s Chrome book and so on.

Let’s start during the birth of computers. CPM was the operating system during those times in 1960’s.
