In December 1989, newly elected US president George Bush Sr. wages a war against the tiny Central American country of Panama in order to oust their leader Noriega from power.

This is presented as an altruistic invasion meant to help the Panamanians find democracy and in order to protect Americans living in the country.

The truth is much more sinister.
