This lift causes more controversy than any other lift I do. Armwrestler Curls are so very different from standard Curls. the forearm and in particular the attachment of the common fflexors to the elbow carry the vast majority of the load during the controlled descent.

The movement incorporates sig ificant side pressure stabilisation that can only be learned in armwrestling.
