Areas on the Sea of Japan side of Japan and the Tohoku region are experiencing heavy snowfall. At Hijiori Onsen in Yamagata Prefecture, the snowfall exceeded 2 meters.

In northern Tochigi Prefecture, where I live, it snows but not as much. This time it was only a few centimeters. Even if it snows heavily in the future, it will only be about 20 centimeters.

However, the temperature is low. The highest temperature today was 3 degrees Celsius. I am shivering. It is cold.
