Cleansing Ritual – EARTH & WATER Elements:
1. Earthing: Go ground yourself with the frequencies of Earth, by walking barefoot on the beach sand, forest trails, garden grass,, or on bare earth.
2. Go to swim in the sea, river, or lake for at least an hour, or take a bath in a bath tube for an hour and put bath sea salt in the water.
3. Before you go to bed, light a white or cream candle, light an incentive and a couple of sage leaves. Drink a mint tea (or other herbal tea)
