Tri Tip trisket sandwich recipe #shorts

Tri Tip cooked low and slow produces very similar results to a brisket, and easy to do. Season your tri tip, cook indirect until bark is set and wrap in foil with more injection sauce poured on top. Pull when the internal temp reaches 203 or when it probes like butter. Rest and slice, I made a trisket sandwich and it was amazing. Onion rings, with sirracha cabbage on top of a nice hoagie roll with gouda cheese. #shorts #trisket #tritipsandwich
