Triumph Rocket 3R | POV Ride

Triumph’s Rocket 3 has held the title of being the largest displacement production motorcycle ever built. The 2020 model is propelled by a 2500cc, inline three-cylinder engine that churns out 165bhp and 221Nm of torque which is the highest ever from a production bike. What’s more, the staggering performance is complemented by a substantially lesser weight than its predecessor. Weighing 291kg (dry), the new Rocket 3 is now 40kg lighter. In terms of cycle parts, it comes equipped with inverted forks and a mono-shock sourced from Showa, while Brembo brakes bring the bike to a halt.

On the competition front, the 2020 Triumph Rocket 3 R and GT compete against the new Ducati Diavel 1260 which is also a power cruiser.
