In this video, I discuss the ongoing crypto and Bitcoin meltdown, and how to deal with it psychologically and financially.

It is very important to understand what you own and why you own it. Hodling is very difficult, but is made easier by a thorough understanding of what makes Bitcoin so special and unique.

Stop checking the fiat price of Bitcoin, especially if you are planning on holding it for the next few decades. Use this price weakness to focus on your Bitcoin education and stacking sats.

Don't buy paper Bitcoin, or leave your Bitcoin on an exchange. Learn to self-custody your Bitcoin using a hardware wallet like a Trezor or ColdCard.

Don't use leverage with Bitcoin, and don't trade alts to try to increase your Bitcoin stash. That rarely works out well.

If you hold your own private keys, no one can confiscate your Bitcoin or print more of it and dilute you.

Bitcoin will prove to be the most valuable and important asset of the 21st century.
