Lodged Tree and a wounded knee

Cleaning up downed lodged and dead trees yesterday my knee went out, obviously not fully healed yet.

It looks in the video at first like the tree hits me but it's just the angle of the camera view. I'm actually several feet away from the tree when I fall over.

I'm stepping down and away to avoid the trees butt end from getting me on the kickback and it's a steep sloped hill there and my knee just twisted under me and down I went. The pain was excruciating so apologies for a moment of mild profanity.

Hoping it heals up quickly. I can walk on it but need to be careful with my step until it's fully healed.
